Leo Robot Privacy Policy

Leo Robot is a private companion application for its account holder. This policy covers its Google Gmail, Calendar and Drive integrations. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].

Information and permissions

Google access requires your authorisation. Depending on the connection you approve, the app's configured permissions can allow it to:

• Gmail: read messages, attachments and settings, and send email on your behalf. Information can include addresses, subject lines, message contents and delivery details.
• Calendar: read accessible calendars and events, and create, change or delete events where your account has permission. Information can include event titles, times, descriptions, locations and attendees.
• Drive: read and download accessible files, including their contents and metadata. The configured Drive permission does not allow editing or deleting files.

These permissions support communication, scheduling, information retrieval and document tasks that you authorise. Google's consent screen identifies the permissions requested for each connection.

Use and retention

We use Google information to provide the app's disclosed functions for you. OAuth credentials maintain the connection without requiring approval for every token refresh; the app does not need your Google password.

Connection credentials and information needed to operate connected features may be retained on the systems used to run Leo Robot, including operational logs, caches or backups. Our policy is to limit retention to what is needed to provide requested functions, maintain security, resolve faults or meet legal obligations. You can request deletion using the contact address above.

Sharing and automated processing

Sending email or creating an event with attendees shares relevant information with the recipients you select. Google processes information needed to provide its services. Relevant information may also be processed by hosting or AI service providers used to deliver a requested feature, subject to the same purpose and Limited Use restrictions described below.

Other disclosure is limited to what you authorise, what is necessary for security, or what the law requires. This policy does not authorise unrelated use of your information.

Google data and Limited Use

Leo Robot's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy and Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell Google information, use it for advertising or credit decisions, or use or permit its use to train or improve general-purpose AI models.

Your choices

You can revoke access through your Google Account connections. Revocation stops future access but does not automatically erase previously retained copies or messages already delivered. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of retained information, or to ask about the providers and retention practices relevant to your connection.

We will update this policy before introducing materially different data uses and seek further consent where required.
